Application Procedure:

The application should be submitted to Dr. William Shippam and Ms. Dorsa Khormali, administrative assistant, via email prior to the deadline at william.shippam@cw.bc.ca and dorsa.khormali@cw.bc.ca We review all submitted applications after the submission deadline and shortlist candidates for interviews.

Your application should include:

1. A personal statement.
   Structure your personal statement to include:
   a) intended start date
   b) your reasons for selecting an obstetric anesthesia fellowship and our program
   c) your current position (include the level of training; if consultant, years of practice), and
   d) your future career plans.
2. Your most recent CV.
   At the end of your CV, please include:
   a) names, and
   b) email addresses of 3 referees who we could contact directly for letters of recommendation when requested. Note: if you are currently in a training program (i.e. residency or fellowship), one of the referees must be from your Program Director.
3. A digital photograph.
   Please attach a recent digital photograph along with your application submission
