DEPARTMENTAL IT SUPPORT
If you require assistance from the Department of APT IT for issues related to email, UBC-owned computers or laptops, or other IT tools maintained by the Department, please submit your request via email to faid.saffou@ubc.ca with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Your CWL username
- A detailed description of the issue, and if possible, a screenshot of any error messages (Windows Snipping Tool or macOS Grab) or other details
- How this issue is impacting your work
