Obstetric anesthesiology

BC Women’s Hospital is the largest in Canada devoted to maternity and women’s health. The Department of Anesthesia at BC Women’s Hospital has very active fellowship and research programs and has earned the designation of Centre of Excellence by the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology. Our faculty are experts in obstetric anesthesiology with a core mission to advance the scientific knowledge and health of mothers and their babies.
